Fall Retreat TBA

Welcome to a safe space where you have the opportunity to embark on a powerful healing journey. Through a unique blend of various modalities we will guide you to discover new ways of emotional freedom, restoring balance, and understanding ways to redirect somatic responses. The trauma informed, evidence-based treatment modalities include equine therapy, yoga, self defense, dramaturgy, experiences in nature, and more.

Guests will have the opportunity to connect with a supportive community of women. We will discuss and share resiliency strategies and how our lived experience has given us the opportunity for growth.

We offer a safe and supportive environment to explore and release old emotional feelings and negative emotions.

This retreat empowers women to build emotional and physical resilience, allowing them to face life’s challenges with newfound fortitude and tap into their intuition.

Beyond the retreat, guests will leave with practical tools and strategies to continue their healing journey. The retreat is designed to be a catalyst for lasting transformation, equipping individuals with the skills and insights needed to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
